On top of all this my achiles is still soar. I don't think I posted this, but a couple weeks ago I ran my first 10K! I did way better than I thought I would. My time was 52:40. I felt great after and I think I would have been ok but my friend and I ended up walking almost 45 minutes back to her parents house. Her sister was suppose to be pick us up but it was cold and we were ready to go so thought we would pass her on our way back, but there was a lot of traffic and I guess we missed each other. Anyways, my heal started hurting then and still trying to recover. I'm planning on running another 10K next month so hoping to be back on track next week :)
We are in the process of looking at houses online and getting a list together for our friend so when we get to Charlotte in a couple weeks we can go check some houses out. I'm hoping we can take advantage of the housing market and find a really good deal!
